Ipsoph\u00e8ne is an innovative industrial company, founded in 2021, with a clear mission: to produce the active ingredient of paracetamol in a sovereign way in France and contribute to the country’s health independence.<\/p>\n

Based in Toulouse, France, we are implementing a
continuous manufacturing process that is revolutionizing the pharmaceutical fine chemicals industry. This process, designed by the IPSOMEDIC team and its founder Edith Lecomte-Norrant, considerably reduces production time and waste, while ensuring excellent quality. <\/p>\n

Our commitment goes beyond the simple production of active ingredients. We are resolutely focused on sustainable innovation, using local raw materials and cutting-edge technologies to offer a product that is both competitive and respectful of the environment. <\/p>\n

Thanks to our unique process, we are able to produce the active ingredient in paracetamol more efficiently, reducing operating costs and minimizing our environmental footprint.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Since our creation, we have benefited from the support of strategic and financial partners, notably the Occitanie Region and France 2030.<\/p>\n

This support enabled us to take over a pharmaceutical plant that was no longer operational on the Campus Sant\u00e9 du Futur in Toulouse, where we are now setting up our plant.<\/p>\n

We plan to start production in the first half of 2025.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ultimately, our aim is to meet the equivalent of half of France’s demand for paracetamol by 2026. Our active ingredient will be sold throughout Europe. <\/p>\n

Our project is not limited to paracetamol production. It’s part of a broader vision to reindustrialize France, creating local jobs and contributing to the country’s health sovereignty. <\/p>\n
