The production line, as well as the recycling loops and industrial waste treatment processes, are all developed, manufactured, and assembled in France and the European Union. This is a guarantee of sovereignty and continuity of production under all circumstances.
All our raw materials are produced in sufficient quantities in France and the European Union. This ensures their quality and availability. It also contributes to a significant reduction in our carbon footprint compared to other processes that rely on resources from more distant origins, particularly in Asia.
The manufacturing cycle will be fully implemented in our factory using raw materials, with no input of intermediate products. The manufacturing time is less than 9 hours, compared to the 7 days required for traditional chemical reaction processes.
